POKEMON
I am so excited as i write this, because pokemon B/W is coming out tomorrow in North America. With those games we will be getting enhanced graphics, improved wi-fi, 150 new pokemon, and a chance for many old and new fans to get into the pokemon groove that has been around for 15 years. Pokemon is something that we all have grown up with and will keep with us for life. the series has come along way from an 8 bit in depth 6 year olds adventure to a 15 year old franchise that still bring fans, both old and new, in the story and merchandise. Pokemon is a game that you can spend hours, days, even years playing over and over and still have fun with it. Pokemon just keeps getting better and better. I hope to keep playing pokemon for another 15 years. Gotta catch'em all, POKEMON!

OLD SCHOOL VIDEO GAMES
Video games have been a part of our culture for almost 50 years and have become somewhat mainstream and at the start of the third generation video games almost became a thing of the past but nintendo came into the picture and saved the industry[fact not opinion]. When people first put in Super Mario bros in that NES, they knew they were going to have treat. In those days people didn't have things like 3d graphics , wi-fi, online game guides, G4tv,save options, and generous checkpoints, you had to beat games by the skin of your teeth. People up to even 10-15 years ago had to work extremely hard just to find a dumb fairy or power up. People used to spend hours, days, and even months trying to beat a boss or get 100% in game, now you can beat a game in 5 weeks or less. I personally like to have online help in my games and faster completion time mean they will need higher replay value. So you ask if i think most games today are easier then those of yesterday[ i say yes]. you ask me do i think that most games being easier make games dull[ if a games good, a games good].
Quick joke: easier games mean fewer smashed TVs, system, and controllers.
